There was a regression in the pre-release version of csi-driver-lvm v0.8.0. By mistake, this version was already included in the latest helm chart on helm.metal-stack.io released on the 12th of December. In case you were using this version of the CSI driver already somewhere (manually deployed and not managed from our infrastructure), please upgrade to v0.8.1 immediately in order to prevent a scenario that can cause data loss. The helm chart was already updated to deploy the fixed version. Version v0.8.0 was withdrawn from the container registry to prevent further usage.
